The villa is situated in the attractive community of El Raso. The development is surrounded by orange and lemon groves and is close to the natural park at Laguna de La Mata.

The villa has two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.

The main bathroom on the first floor has a bath with an electric shower. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a large shower enclosure. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and are fitted with vanity units.

Downstairs, there is a large lounge which has a sofa bed. The lounge has digital satellite TV with the main British channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4, Sky1, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, etc. There is a radio / CD player. The dining area has seating for 6.

The fully-fitted kitchen has an electric hob with 4 rings, an oven and microwave as well as a full-size fridge / freezer. At the rear there is a utility / drying room with an automatic washing machine.

The main solarium is reached from the first floor. Downstairs, there is a shady pergola and barbeque area. The villa is right beside the communal pool, use of which is free for residents and visitors. There is a small, enclosed garden with a gated, off-road parking area.

The villa is fully air-conditioned at no extra charge.
